Hei Hei MTC

Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Wow what an amazing week! Christmas in the MTC was definitely one to remember! On Christmas Eve we had a live nativity with all the presidencies' grandchildren and it was too cute! There were lots of tears and violence! This toddler in a camel costume went around whacking the other kids and rolling around. It was pretty hilarious! Then we got a lot of time to call family and just hangout. My district played games together and it was way fun! We played mafia and if anyone knows my family they know that is our thing!! It was a fun taste of home.

On Christmas we had Elder Christoffersen come speak to us in the morning and then we had a lot of time to again hangout and then we watched It's a Wonderful Life! It was super good and wow I have missed movies haha! Then we had dinner and I called home. Then Christmas night we had a special surprise. My district awaited eagerly wondering what it would be when we see DAVID ARCHULETA!! He came and gave us a Christmas concert!!! It was amazing!!!! My companion and I fan-girled the entire time!! Not to brag but being here during the holiday season has had some perks. We've had some amazing devotionals!

Then today we convinced some of our Elders to do glitter facemasks with us! The funnest things always happen while procrastinating! What were we procrastinating you might ask?  well PACKING!      WHAT?!!?!!    Yes I am finally leaving Provo! We all ended up getting our visas! We pulled a mean prank on the elders where we told them we didn't get our visas and we were getting reassigned. We left the room after we told them and we listened through the door as they all debated whether or not we were lying or not.  It was pretty funny but we felt way guilty after when we realized some of them were super worried. Good times

Where was I? Oh yes! Packing. We leave Monday! It's so crazy! The MTC has gone by so fast! I have loved it here.  The experiences I've had and the friendships I made I will always be truly grateful!   My testimony has grown a lot here as well.  I feel so much closer to my Savior already.  Well, as heartbroken as I am to leave, it's time! Looks like I'll be dabbin out now. Next time you hear from me I'll be in Finland!

Wish me luck! I'll need it!
Love, Sisar Karren
